I'd say it depends on where you're going & what your plans are, but if you're staying at home & want to feel sexy, go with a short mini-skirt to show off your legs.

What image do you want to portray?
Its prob more important to you than to other people, why no get the longest you can then stand in front of a mirror and pull it up until you think it looks the right length.

It depends on whether or not your legs are still in great shape. Wear a mini skirt if it makes you feel special. You'll look charming, I'm sure.
