It is too harsh! try using soap and sugar, it is really good.

definatly.

most people will recoment a variety of scrubs, but i find thetre too harsh on my skin, they make me go all red, and if you ever get spots, i expect they spread bacteria around, and they also aggravate spots. even very small beads are very harsh on the skin. if you like the abraisiveness, use a good facial cleanser that lifts dirt, and use a warm flannel or muslin cloth to rub it off in small circular motions.

i personally recomend using lotion to exfoliate. i know it sounds odd, but it does the job so much better (i e taking off the dead skin cells) clinique are excellent, i use the clarifying lotion twice a day, and the turnaround. masks serums and creams are AMAZING. the tunraround concentate serum (i think thats what its called) is £30, and you can get the mask and eye cream free for exactly the same price along with the full size serum if you get the turnaround gift set.

Yes, to harsh-- you are better off washing with just soap and water--- BUT--- I use Mary Kay Microdermebrasion--it is really not that expensive and it does wonders for my skin..good luck

St. Ives Apricot Scrub- voted Allure readers choice!

This scrub is excellent, and if you have sensitive skin they also make one for sensitive skin that is gentle enough to use everyday!

For exfoliation you'd need someting like Agent Orange.

i love mary kay's microdermabrasion kit step 1 refine, step 2 replenish...its the timewise collection 50-ish dollars, but might find cheaper on ebay. buff puffs are also good but you need to be very gentle when using them, 2-ish dollars at any grocery or drug store. MY FAV IS THE 1ST ONE.
