They realize it, but their laziness far outweighs the impact jagex's rules have on their motivation.

They do realize it, but yet they still attempt to get accounts this way...another word for that is "Moron."
I have seen one where it said, "can u send me ur RS name and pass to my email, and since it's my email...the mods can't track me."
Either way, I think they all need to get a life (or create one on RS).
