What's up with the extra song on the Red Jumpsuit Apparatus CD?

On the back of their CD case for Don't You Fake It, it only mentions 11 songs but when I import it into Itunes, there are 12. Also on the back on the CD case and when you listen to it on a CD player, Guardian Angel is 3:51 but on Itunes it's it's 5:46, but there is no music or anything for the last two minutes? Can anyone explain either of these.

the no music for 2 minutes must b like a nirvana thing, where there is no music for 10 minutes but at the very end there is some hidden song thing
