Assuming that both computers are networked together, then you can have a computer access the printer over the network.
To do this, click Start >> Printers and Faxes.
Printer Tasks (in the top left) >> Add a Printer
Click Next then select A Network Printer, click Next and Next again so it shows you your network. Select the workgroup you are in, and then select the computer the printer is on, and select the printer (make sure the printer and the computer are turned on). Then it will ask you for some information about the prtiner, such as brand, model, etc., and then you should be able to use the printer over your network.

Hello,
Yes it is, however telling ou how to do so would take a long paragraph so I will summarize it for you. Basically you need to either get a hub or a switch to connect the computer over a network. You can also just connect the PCs together using a CAT5e crossover cable. Printer sharing is possible through local area networks and require configurations in windows to do it successfully. Try typing printer sharing under windows help. You will need a network card and Windows on both computer.

I have done this with two computers. You need only to network the computers and then nominate the printer on each. You will have to input the printer driver onto each computer though.

Yes if it has wireless capabilities. I have an old printer, and one slot has that big cord and the other can be usb so i can use it with an older computer that has that type of port still and i can plug it into the usb port of my newer computer. But the best thing is to make it wireless.

you can network the computers together and hook the printer up to one computer and both will have the option to print from the printer or you can hook the printer into a router and both computers to the router and they will share the printer or you can use a manual printer router which are older and harder to find. your option.
