Duke University would disagree with you. From the most rigorous scientific experiments, no psi functions have ever been established for the human being.
The "messages" you refer to are lumped together in the code we call body language. It includes the verbal cues as well.

I have this sense when I first meet someone as to what they think about me. It isn't any huge deal such as reading minds, it is more the way they look, what is going on with their eyes, what part of me they are looking at, if any, if they are distracted or meet my eyes straight on. How close do they stand and what is their greeting and the beginnings of conversation. It doesn't take long.
Knowing all of this and really practicing being aware of it, I can then send those same messages to another person. I can look them in the eye or not, stand close to them or a bit far away, I can smile and be friendly and welcoming or I can be cool and bland. It's all about body language and how we carry ourselves.
Having said that, do I believe that a person can sit behind another person, where they can't see us, and send messages from my brain into theirs? Do I believe this can happen? Surprisingly, the answer for me is 'yes' but it takes practice and exercising that ability. A person cannot just wake up one day and decide to do it. It takes determination. Plus, a person's thoughts can only carry so far. They aren't going to change a person's essential belief system. They just carry little thoughts to them.

Personally I cant do it, but I would love to have that ability, I am sure that some people out there can, and with time evolution will alow us to use all our brain mass to accoplish these feat.

I can't do it, but it's certainly possible. Radios do it already, so our brains could physically have the same ability. Evolution may give (or already have given) us this ability.

i'm not entirely sure if it works that way, but there are certain vibes that we can feel, and there's body language that might seem imperceptible sometimes, but it does tell us (in an unconscious level) what people's intentions are.
