I have PCOD as well. I went on a diet and lost 30 pounds in 3 months before we conceived. I stayed away from anything sugar. Splenda is ok. No white products like bread, rice, potatoes etc. I drank alot of water nothing but water :) Ate alot of veggies, fruit, wheat products, chesse & meat. I also took a women's one a day multi-vitanim as well. I also limited amy portions as well. And ate 3 meals a day with snacks in between. Like apples, oranges & nuts. Best of luck to you.

You are in control. God gave people biological functions in order to achieve pg. You don't have to wait around and hope for something to happen. Do people with other medical conditions do that? No, they seek help.
Waiting around or relaxing won't unblock tubes, cure endo, regulate your ovulation, correct low sperm counts or a host of other very real medical issues which can be identified. Since you have ttc for one year it is time to see a reproductive endocrinologist. He or she can work with you to find the problem and attempt a solution.
I know it is very diffcult, emotionally, to ttc unassisted for so long. If you would like support there are message boards that deal with this topic. One good one is http://www3.fertilethoughts.com/forums/

I know its frustrating, but remember- you are NOT in control- God is!!! Maybe his plan is something other than what you think it is. Just relax and keep trying. I would see a specialist if you haven't already. There could be a problem that can easily be corrected! Alot depends on your age, etc... Good luck!

I look at this way when I ever get pregnant that means to me that I was blessed. Try buying a ovulating kit.
Good Luck

This is my opinion ,You are already worried and this is reaon enough to prevent you from conceiving. Please do relax and have a positive state of mind even when you are trying to conceive anything is possible, relax and believe in yourself. Try get away from home for a holiday and see whether it can perform some magic!
