Life is very nice here in CA. I would check out the National Center for Lesbian Rights. I think it's NCLR.org.

Aside from the legal issues, the day-to-day living is good here. No one bats an eye. Out here, "family values" tends to mean more than legislating who you can sleep with.

Vermont. Burlington, for purposes of a denser population. Most New England states are tolerable, even New York, Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts. The denser the population, the more tolerance you are going to see. Although, you will always get a contrary opinion--regardless of where you live.

Vermont, Massachussetts, and recently added to the list, New Jersey. You can do a google search for local laws regarding same sex partners.

You don't understand what a right is. Your question just shows that the rights YOU are talking about can be taken away. True rights are natural rights that EXIST and are given by the Creator. YOu are talking about permissions. Permissions to live a sick twisted lifestyle that will rot our society from inside out. Let me know where you move so i can get as far away as possible.
