Yeah, he's full of it isn't he? That's why it took him so long to visit there after the tragedy happened. A lot has been said about the aid the USA sends abroad, but it was pretty slow in coming when it was for our own people. Maybe it's because a lot of the victims were black & we all know the Republicans hate black people.
