I don't know, it really depends on the conditions of the star and planet they're from. I can tell you they don't look like little green/gray naked guys with no reproductive organs and huge heads and eyes who all look exactly the same.
Seriously, you'd think that the aliens (who retards claim they've seen and draw pictures of them) with their high intelligence would've invented clothes long before interstellar travel.....

yes, we're alllll made from star dust right? plus, there's another theory where we were seeded from an advanced civilization. if they did that on more than 1 planet, then there's gotta b at least 1 species out there that looks like us... if they aren't extinct yet
