Not usually. At one week, it's just a bunch of cells, that are fusing together, etc. Most symptoms start between 5-7 weeks. The best way to know, is to take a test.

I found out I was pregnant at 3 weeks using the First Response pregnancy test.
1st pregnancy I had signs at 18 weeks
3rd pregnancy I had signs at 4 weeks
4th pregnancy I had signs at 6 weeks
*2nd pregnancy I had a miscarriage at 12 weeks
Not all women get the usual signs like nausea and/or vomiting. There are more uncommon ones like dizziness.
I would suggest waiting until your period is late before taking a test or call your doctor

Not really you any signs. You might be senstive to smells. But normally morning sickness won't set in for a couple weeks. Also you might take a pregnancy test. If you are still concerned make a DR visit. Hope this helps. But typically get a home pregnancy test like ept or something to that affect I bought a two or three pack to makes sure. I took one 7 days after I missed my period and then 2 days after that. Relax and make a dr apt.

No, hun. You see, pregnacy is calculated from your last period, not the one you first miss.
For example - my last period when I was pregnant was April 28 to May 2. Then, I missed my period at the end of May, early June. That means that as of June 2 I was 4 weeks pregnant - you start calculating at your last period once you are aware of being pregnant.
At "1 week pregnant" you are still ovulating, there's no baby. To be honest, you won't get symptoms until at LEAST 5 weeks, and it'll be nothing more than nausea.

Every pregnancy is different and so are the symptoms. I felt a slight stomach ache withing 2-3 days after conception but the 'real' symptoms (like nausea and tiredness) started at about the 4th week of pregnancy. There are some people who dont even feel anything throughout their entire 9 months. If you dont feel anything as of now, then just enjoy it. Soon it might kick in big time!!!

No, not really. You don't get symptoms until about 5- 6 weeks later. But take a pregnancy test about 2 weeks later or so.

Not really. You need to be to the point where your period is late before a test can really conclusively tell yo uanything.
Some people might feel sickness or tiredness, but i never did-- not even 2-3 months pregnant..... so you just have to wait it out.

spotting tiredness, and your breasts may hurt a little. Wait three Weeks after the first date of your last period and get a test. You'll be fine.
