there's not a site where u could download the new Harry Potter book it hasn't come out yet. the book doesn't come out until July 21 a few days after the 5th movie comes out.

not that i know of but i think the book is coming out this july 21st i am a harry potter fan and recommend you to get the book...

No, there is not. First of all, the book hasn't released yet. It will release on July 21. Secondly, J.K. Rowling has confirmed that this book (like the others) will not be available as an e-book.
