Unfortunately "Neo" is incorrect on this one, every hotel/casino in LV charges a fee. Though some do include it as a "resort" fee, which means you pay for the use even if you don't. I will agree you should go to the hotel web site and check it out, so here's a web site so that you can link to every hotel/casino in LV
http://www.lasvegasadvisor.com "VEGAS INFO" >Hotel/Casino

It is possible to get free passes, either as a part of a hotel promotion(room + whatever package) or if you're a player your host can set you up with pretty much anything based on your level of play. So long as it's not illegal or immoral. That should be a very easy comp, it cost the casino nothing to let you workout.

we go to LV 2-3 times a year for 2 weeks or more at a time and have for over 20 years.

The Orleans has a very nice spa/fitness center - they do tack on a small resort fee.

I would say they all have a free weight/cardio room for guests. If you go to Vegas.com you can check your hotel of choice to make sure.
