Ok for the month of March I started my period one week early! A few days after I finished my nipples were extremely sore. Now it has been over a week that they have been like this. What could be causing this?

The Menstrual Cycle and PMS come along with all types of side effects, so to say. A lot of women get sore breast or nipples before, during, and after their periods. Its usually hormones. Unless you start seeing some type of discharge, crust from you nipples, or you a lactating you should be fine.

It could be hormones. My nipples get sore right before my period and for about a week after.
