It's completely normal to masturbate. It is not an insult to you or your marriage! I've talked with many people about this very subject because years ago it used to bother me that my husband would masturbate. I've been told men will masterbate no matter how much sex they get! It's not a reflection of you at all. It's just a way to make himself feel good.
