Of course there will be the so called "Univeral Healthcare Line" and that will be the free line. However, the good healthcare will be provided in the pay line. Therefore, you had better still carry insurance even with Univeral Healthcare.

It is unlikely. Most models of universal healthcare allow for private insurance as well, and the wealthy will tend to take on this option. This is not necessarily a bad thing. Those paying for private care will remove themselves from the coverage the state has to apply leaving more resources for those who cannot afford, or chose to not to buy private insurance.

No, they'll do what other people of wealth in countries with socialized medicine do.

The go to countries without it and buy the health care they need.

Currently they go to the US.

I believe private health insurance will still be an option for those who can afford it.
