You could always do something a bit 'out there', like maybe set up a web-site on somewhere like Myspace.That way it can be up-dated and should friends/peers want to get in touch they can do it easily.

u could do a really kool scrap book with lots of photos, stickers, glitter... where everyone can write comments 2 each other

get everyone to bring a picture in of themself and stick it in your book with a personal message to you from them written underneath it.
