here in Florida we have Meet Force With Force...you are allowed to defend yourself with physical or deadly force as long as you are somewhere where you have the right to be. You no longer have to retreat to safety. Some people think it contributes to the crime rate because now a lot of homicides are justifiable under this law and is turning Florida into the Wild Wild West. I think its good in a way though. It makes robbers and road ragers think twice sometimes.
