Please call your OB and let them advise you of what to do. Could be preterm labor. Not saying it is, but your doctor needs to be consulted.

It sounds like you might either have a problem with your hips (the bones are all floating in your pelvis, adjusting for the descent of the head, so you might have strained, dislocated or pulled something). The pelvic pain and cramps could either be severe Braxton-Hicks or something more serious; you should go get an ultrasound done because there might be something happening to your placenta, like it might have seperated from the uterus wall, or maybe the baby is exceptionally large. Your doctor needs to be aware of these symptoms in case of early labor.

i'm 26 weeks and i think your cramps are different from your inner thigh pain. the inner thigh pain is likely due to the pelvic changes going on. everything is stretching out - the cartilage that joins the pelvis together at your pubic bone area becomes loose and unstable. this causes pain in the pubic/inner thigh area. i've been seeing a physical therapist for this, and she has advised me not to walk or stretch my legs apart. i swear after 2 weeks of following this advice (no exercise that uses the legs), i feel tons better. as for the menstrual cramps - tell your midwife. they told me it's normal as long as they're not regular, but that's how my labor started.

Do you have an excercise ball? You can get them at Wal-Mart and sports stores. I sat on mine all the time and swayed back and forth, It made my hips feel better and when I started having contractions it helped me roll into some new positions.
Make sure you are staying hydrated and getting your rest.
