Maybe an extra arm on my back. So, when you enter the back door...I can give you a hand. lol

I would probably want an extra arm with hand of course. but beats me where it could go.... and for obvious reasons (I'm a mom)
but then again, the eyes in the back of the head thing would probably be pretty cool. I'd need a new hair do though.

I would love an extra tongue,( OOps don't get me wrong) sometimes I feel that I fail to answer people or give the right comment at the right time, I really need extra help.
