immature comments at people for asking humorous questions and then these same people don't let anyone contact them ?? This is an example of one of the most blantant forms of cowardice and self-obsession that is seen here. For you students of human nature ( of which i am among ) this is an excellent forum for research into forms of human abnormal psychology and canprovide you with an almost endless supply of data.

Now I am confused because I thought some of the questions are meant to be humorous both in the asking and the answers. It is entertaining as long as it is not debase. There are serious questions that may even make a significant difference in a persons life. I would wish that people that ask serious "need to know" questions are being treated with respect. That situation...where someone answers a serious question with sarcasm and useless answers...is an abuse of this forum. But you have to take the good where you find it and overlook the bad and ugly. It is just as well that abusers don't let anyone contact them because why would anyone want to give them attention? That attention would just encourage them. If one is studying abnormal psychology, then this site is (unfortunately) an excellent source of data.

Some people are so convinced they are "right" and "pure" that they can't even see that something is meant to be humor.
They get all bristley and indignant and go on to make fools of themselves. I say "Lighten Up", laughter is good for the soul.

I don't understand you. You put a "humorous" comment out there, but you don't accept the fact that others respond in kind. Then you are doubly upset because they can''t be emailed. Why on earth would you feel you have to email such people to harass them? If there are many like you around, it is not at all surprising that they don't allow email.

You are quite right in one respect,but they may also be unsure of how the site works on a practical level. They may be shy ,sometimes they are repressed and acting out their fear on Yahoo as a cry for Help.

sadly, there are many on this site who are - intolerant, uneducated, have no sense of humor, lack a brain, are racist, stupid and small minded. Yet, they keep winning, because they keep reporting unfairly, yet those of us who disagree have no voice on this site of narcissists and petty minded fools!
