There are about thirteen different species of albatross, so each of them would have a different height.

Unfortunately, standing height is not a characteristic which most ornithologists record. Wingspan, and often body length are recorded, but they rarely measure how tall they stand. The different postures and mobility of the neck would make this is a fairly meaningless measurement for most birds.

From what I've seen, though, I would say that some of the larger albatross (i.e. wandering and royal albatross) would stand over 3 feet high if measured from the ground.

Wandering albatrosses when displaying stretch their necks upwards and point their beaks towards the sky when standing. The tip of the beak would be over a metre from the ground.
