My daughter had a really bad stomach virus a couple of months ago. The doc gave her phenergan to help with the nausea and she got her appetite back about two hours after the first dose. And we gave her pediasure (they have Ensure for adults) between meals to help get her back to normal. It's a nutritional supplement drink similar to slim fast but it's not for weight loss. Yogurt is also a good idea to help get back the normal bacteira balance in your digestive system. But no milk products if you're still vomiting, so if you are then wait at least twelve hours after the last time you threw up before trying the Ensure. Oh yeah Power Aide also makes little packets of powder that you can put in your drinks. I think you can find them with the kool aid at the grocery store.

Go buy ensure. It's a drink that is packed with vitamins and nutrients. They give it to people in nursing homes who do not want to eat. It's basically like drinking a meal. I used to have them when I was trying to put on weight - the healthy way. Good luck!

you can get nutritional supplements at your local grocery store, they help provide the body with the nutrients it needs. they dont taste too bad either, its a drink kind of like slim fast, this is not a diet one though. they come in choc., straw, vanilla. give those a try, or you could try some muli vitamins, like womens once a day. good luck, and get well soon

The key is fruits and if you take vitimins then make sure you've had some fruit first, all types..
I hope it's not due to drugs and if it is then fruit is your best go though mix the types you eat and the more the better of course.
simply wishing you the best of luck,
