Greg is answerable for many reasons, First of all he introduced his so called experiments and was reluctant to defy from his standpoint then again he was rather adamant about Sourav's inclusion in the team which later proved as a boomerang to him. Without his runs in some of the recent series including that Bangla match Team India's cumulative efforts would have looked horrible. He is also accountable for playing with the emotions of players as well, as no one knew where they would be asked to bat! In his experiments he forgot that there are 3 basic things in this game batting, bwoling and fielding, so if bowlers are asked to go and bat at No. 3 and vice versa a team cannot succeed. The consequence is as we can all see. He should be banished immediately, but of course after a show cause.

Why should Greg Chappell be blamed for the on-field failures of the Indian cricket team? Every time India performs poorly, it's the coach that gets the blame, and it's getting ridiculous. The coach isn't the one out on the field, playing poor shots, bowling bad balls, dropping easy catches, or being beaten by the better team on the day. It's time the Indian fans grew up and realised they aren't going to be successful at every single tournament they compete in. Greg Chappell will be blamed for the Indian's performance in the West Indies, no doubt, but the players also need to take a long, hard look at themselves.

Non performing students always find fault with their teachers. Indian public should learn to express gratitude to Mr Greg Chappel and think in terms of corrective action with students who don't learn despite providing the best teacher.

We cannot blame coach for every thing. No body can transform donkeys into horses. His only blame is he tried to do this act and obviously he failed.
Its players who failed in the field. They should be punished. Chappel should be replaced with some Indian coach. Why firangi needed for every thing. Indians are still not out of their gulami mindset.

ofcourse to some extene we can say chappel is responsible for the failure of cricket team but i think every single individual is responsible for himself.i dont think anything can stop u from playing if u really wanna do so .what is needed is a strong desire to win ,eagle's eye for performening best and ofcorse a great will power .and unfortrunately our team lacks that.really sad

i do not imagine he's scared. His words only propose that there is not any dearth of cricketing skills in India while at present Australia is in opt for of it. also he may have talked about for the time of his short tenure that a number of deserving gamers aren't from now on given global caps to teach themselves in India.
