My normal non-pregnancy weigh is about 145.. when I first got pregnant I lost some weigh and was at 140. Then I gained weight. For the past 4 weeks I've been between 148-150. I weighed myself this morning and I'm at 145.5. I know weight loss is normal at the very beginning of pregnancy, but is this normal at 14 weeks? Thanks!!

I was about 145 when I got pregnant and at 17 weeks I was 128. Don't weigh yourself. Just like they say when you are on a diet. Every pregnancy is different and you may gain alot or just a little. I gained between 30 and 35 lbs by the end of my pregnancy. And I had my baby a month ago and I weigh 145 now. I think I weighed 164 when I delivered. You doctor will let you know if you are gaining too much or too little. And trust me...they will let you know! I got told to slow down on my eating once. I gained 7 lbs in one week!

It is quiet average to drop some weight in the course of the primary trimester above all when you have been in poor health. Don't pressure I'm definite some thing might of been picked up at your first pre-nat appointment if some thing used to be incorrect. But if you're nonetheless involved it will not hurt to perhaps have a talk along with your GP :) You will begin to place on weight within the subsequent couple weeks now you're into your moment trimester. Good good fortune hun :)

I'm 16 weeks almost 17 and I have weight 113 the entire pregnancy. No weight gain. My doctor is not concerned. So I am sure you are just fine.

Definitely normal. Some women show NO gain or a loss for the first trimester. I didn't gain a single pound until after 4 or 4.5 months and have gained like crazy since..... Don't worry! Just eat when you're hungry and make healthy choices...you'll be gaining soon.

Make sure to weigh at the same time each day. I have been holding a lot of water, and am about 5 lbs heavier at night than in the morning. so when you weigh can make a big difference.

With weight it is tricky. You need to weigh yourself on the same scale at the same time for you to accurately track your weight. If you have been doing this talk to your doctor.
