I work out at the gym every other day and follow a strict schedule.

First problem, rather then a 6-pack or 8-pack. I have a 7-pack.
4 on the left and 3 on the right. Its really demoralising after all the hard work i put into working my abs. They turn up really nicely defined but out of symmetry.

2nd, my chests, right and left, are of different shape and size. Not very obvious a few months ago when i started working out but as i went along my left chest started to become much bigger and more defined than my right. I am a right hander and i do bench presses for my chest.

Anyone with the same problem? Is there any way to correct this? What am i doing wrong?

I'd try dumbbell presses to make sure you're working the right and left sides of your chest evenly.

Do some cardio to of course burn the fat from your abs so they will be defined.
