Low tranny fluid level.

Add some.

A good number of automatic transmission problems can be cured by changing the fluid and cleaning or replacing the filter screen. Yours sounds like a good candidate for this service. It's the cheapest and easiest way to fix most transmission malfunctions.

go to the tranny valves body and change the reverse spring.
