i have strong contractions but i can feel the baby move his head and shoulders..

Your baby should be active still, if it stops then you should worry.
If you feel the head and shoulders moving in your pelvic area, then he is probably scooting himself down the birth canal.

Probably means you have a particularly active baby.

When I was in labor & pushing, my husband and my L&D nurse could see my daughter twisting her head back and forth in the birth canal. Some babies just really like to move - particularly if they are on the large side.

that's normal, my baby kicked even when i was 8 cm! she was so fiesty and the other three were still when i was in labor. so i was very confused by her activity. now the child can't be still lol
