the soldier were asked by Lionidus about their profession, i really did not get their answer. Anyone know? it sounded line "ARRU". Did i spell it right? what does it mean?

Arrrruuu! was the Spartan warriors battle cry. Lionidus first asked the Thespian warriors what their professions were and they were normal working professions for the time period... The Spartan's had slaves that did most of their work for them, and every Spartan man was a full time warrior.
