it is big bumpy and slimey.and ever scince it got my pond built in,if stays at the bottom of the pond untill night time.that is when it crokes like crazy.i dont want to get rid of it because my son love him.(and so do i)what type of frog is it?

probably some sort of bull frog, but pictures would help...You could also try looking up different frog species on the internet, and comparing looks.
you could read about the different frogs that look the closet and compare what they do, like it croaks at night, then find the speices of frogs that do that, and look at their pictures.
This always helps me when I find animals I don't recognize...
