It depends on how many hours you work, what the company pays, and if you get tipped. A local restaurant I used to work at pays the bussers minimum wage, and on the weekends you'll get tipped by the servers. After taxes you could bring home about $200/week. Tips could be $2-3 per server, per day, so about another $50 on top of it.

I agree with all the above answers. It also depends on how good a busser you are, of course. Most bussers get tipped out by the staff and if the waitstaff pays out of pocket (instead of a pot) then it is up to their discression. good bussers make a lot. Not so good bussers often don't get much.

When I was a busser (1990) I got min. wage, and tips from the wait staff, what I made depended on who I was working with. One lady, Robbie, would be very generous, but another, Sue, would not give me anything no matter how hard I worked her tables, but then she would come in with her four kids to eat and allow them to make a huge mess and not tip the server or busser. At that time though the servers were paid min. wage or more and their tips were extra, now-a-days they are paid below min, and must make it up in tips.
