When I adjust the nobs on my Peavey Bandit 65 it makes a crakling sound.... and sometimes will not put out sound....until I adjust it back so I have to play at a lower seting....any help please

Can anyone tell me a good contact cleaner and where I can get pots??

You can get contact cleaner at Radio Shack or any electronics store. For new pots you'll need to take it to a shop since they are mounted directly on the printed circuit board and shouldn't be replaced by anyone except a pro.

It's probably the volume pot on your amp. Try some contact cleaner or replace the pot like the second guy said.

Your guitar prolly needs to be re-sautered (wires re-attached)
just look inside of the output jack and see if the wires are broken. If you take to your local axe shop, they'll usually do it for free the first time.

Try contact cleaner. It probably wont help, you'll need to get new pods.

its probably the input jack. most of the time, with peavey or ibanez amps the input jack gets dirty or disconnected and you need to resolder it, it happened to me before. check it out or get it fixed at guitar center.
