Adams apple I have heard that turtlenecks or chokers work well, as well as scarves. The lower bump you will need to master the tuck, not too bad just wear snug undies, or control top pantyhose. There is also something called a gaff, which is what some dancers use, basically an ultra tight pair of panties, that hide things for you.

For the adam's apple you can sometimes wear scarves or choker style necklaces. Try using a concealer and an eyeshadow sized brush with pressed powder to contour the skin around adam's apple to make it less noticeable.
Have you tried a girdle to keep help with the bulge?
Frederick's of Hollywood has a nice variety in sizes of clothing, shoes and body contouring girdles.
Be sure to use tons of moisturizer and sunscreen on your neck because even for women, the neck skin is the first indicator skin care.

I don't have any of those but try pulling your "other bumps" between your legs, and walk like John Wayne; as for hiding adams apple, try turtlenecks, scarves.....

With practice you can get good with scarves, thick necklaces and high neck tops.

With "lower" bumps you will need to learn the "tuck" with snug undies. There are also special undies you can purchase that can minamize the apperence. Loose fitting clothing helps a lot too.

Adam's apple => scarf or high-neck shirt.

Other bumps => tuck under, but don't sit for too long!
