I would highly recommend you update your virus definitions and do a boot scan. If you dont have, get free from http://www.avast.com

You have a Smitfraud infection. It usually requires a specialized removal procedure and removal tools. Here are 2 links for information and free removal software.

Unfortunately, new variants of this pest seem to be launched every few days, so the removal information that I gave you is always playing "catch-up". If the procedure won't work for you, keep checking back to the sites I gave you. If a few days they may have updated the procedure and/or tools.

browser hijackings are a pain to remedy..... hope you get rid of this one.
prevention is the best tool. in your browser tools>internet opts>privacy>advanced: here you check 'allow session cookies & first party cookies and ALWAYS BLOCK 3RD PARTY COOKIES.
a nice little app. to get is 'spoofstick' which tells you to allow/deny a "BHO' (browser help object) so you can decide if the particular bho is one you want to add to your files.....
