FINALLY studio execs get it right! I might actually watch MNF now. The next step is to get Dick Vermeil in there. Oh and decapitate Michelle Tafoya and Suzy Kolber. (WHY ARE THEY THERE NO ONE WANTS TO SEE THEM)

Arena football isn't the NFL. Of course he would be boring in that setting. He is an NFL guy at heart. Listen to audio of him working the second game of the opening game last year. Great stuff.

Next step- get rid of Kornhole. I like him on PTI, but that's all. I love Jaws. I can't believe it took them this long to get him up there permanently. And the ladies are there for sexual diversity only..

Joe Theisman is very knowledgeable about the game of football, however, he does not know how to articulate it sometimes. He has the tendency to go on and on about something and you're in the next play already. I think Jaws will do a better job of commentating, since he is a man of few words, but knows how to get his point across. Like some of the others that answered, the next step, I think, is to replace the other two clowns. What they need is a good play-by-play announcer like Al Michaels. Unfortunately, he works for another network. They don't need 3 guys in the booth!

They blew this one from the beginning. ESPN should have moved their Sunday night crew to Monday night. It was perfect. Paul Maguire and Joe Theismann would argue the entire game while Mike Patrick would just sit back and do the play-by-play. It sounds terrible but it was hilarious and they are very knowledgeable guys. Kornheiser is horrible, no one cares about his fantasy football team but he does not realize this. I think Kornheiser and Theismann hated each other but it was not comical like Maguire and Theismann's disagreements, it was more awkward than anything. Tirico is okay, he shows up and does the job that he is supposed to but that is about it. Jaworski is an excitable little fellow, I have never liked him that much but at least he is passionate. It is also nice to see that a half gopher half human is going to be on Monday Night Football.

I absolutely love Jaws! I think he is going to do great on Monday Night Football. I love the chemistry between him and Tony on PTI so I am sure it will still be there for MNF.

as part of team 2 for last year's opening monday night double header, I thought he and Vermiel did a great job. I remember thinking that Jaws added some real insight to what was happening. I look forward to it, Theisman was an idiot
