Why do you want to know? The feeling is amazing as a penis fills it's spongy tissue with blood and begins to swell to a full hard-on, *****, erection. The pressure continues when a guy has an erection and the sensation is what drives a guy to want sex.
Morning erections are a different matter though - they usually occur for two reasons :
1) Full bladder puts pressure on the penis and causes an intense erection that is hard to get rid of (ask any guy) and
2) The levels of male testosterone are highest in the morning so many guys get the 'morning wood' and yeah sometimes this leads to sex or masturbating, but other times it's simply because a dude has to take a big long leak first thing in the morning.

It feels like when you finish a good weight workout and all your muscles are pumped, that is a full body hard-on.
