In Romeo and Juliet, what is Paris's last name?

He is not a Capulet, nor is he a Montague.

He is described as a kinsman of the Prince of Verona, Escalus, and is also referred to as Count Paris.

Mercutio is also a kinsman of Escalus and could therefore be presumed to be related to Paris as well.
