I have always wondered, let's say Chelsea wins the Premier League AND the FA Cup. The Community Sheild is the game between the FA Cup winner and the premier league winner. So would Chelsea win the Sheild automatically, or would they play a game a against the runners up?

No. In the past, when a team has won both the League and the FA Cup, the Community/Charity Shield has been contested between them and the team who finished second in the League.

I disagree i could say the eco-friendly team Taurus, leo, and scorpio are fixed indications and desperate Capricorn is a confusing worker; and in a conflict, the soldier is the Aries who's continuously in the front line, attacking devoid of thinking; however the strategist and the final is the Scorpio, sits back and watch as his plan pass as planned

No. There is no such thing.

The Community Shield is nothing but a fund raising game. Or perhaps a freak sideshow to give the winners the first bragging rights to a championship medal.
