What did you think of the ending? Did you feel like the movie used a cheap trick to make you upset? Or did you find the ending appropriate?

I thought the ending was very moving. It left you with a lot to think about rather than tying everything up all neatly.

I'm not sure what you mean by "cheap trick" at the ending.
I thought it was wonderful that Shakuntala has the inner strength to send Chuyia away that she might live a better life.

It was the biggest waste of money ever!!! I couldn't believe that they could actually make a movie that bad!!!
