I have a VAIO with 1.6 Ghz and I was wondering how I could fully utilize the cpu on boot up. When I press ctrl+alt+delete it says that I only use a max of 20% of my cpu when it boots up. how do I change the settings so I can use more of the cpu?

"When I press ctrl+alt+delete it says that I only use a max of 20% of my cpu when it boots up." means your CPU is only working at 20% of its maximum capacity.

It A-OK, leave it alone!!!

let me tell you...
when booting every computer use 100% of processor use.
you see 20% after it booting.so I think your computer too much programs that run and eat your processor use.
there is no way you can see the processor works at booting from ctrl+alt+del.
the only way to see it from additional card to see how the process of your hardware wrks call hardware tester.
