Have you ever been to church? I'm not going to preach, but I know if you try praying you'll get the help and comfort you need from the most unexpected places. Try it, it works. I know from experience. Personally I have not ever been in your situation, but I've been in some pretty hard places and it's gotten me through. It'll be okay.
