dear O, you can go ahead with your plans.

When God made love and pregnancies etc. he knew, once hooked to love beings will never want to stop. So, he had to provide protection to the weaker being and that is what he did aptly.

In some cases, it does warrant caution but then the doctors do tell that. It happens specially in the case of miscarriage history. Whatever the forum says do consult a doctor definitely. They sometimes don't allow petite ones also.

Otherwise, you can go ahead and enjoy the session and not deprive your spouse also of the fun. I've learnt from this forum that some ladies did it right upto last day to maintain elasticity and they told this actually helped in easy birth. Some used it to start the labour when it didn't start on time.

My suggession is go slow on jerks and vibrations and try some easy postures after all there is indeed somebody there to take care of. Try positions that don't press the stomach. The most recommended one by experts is that you put both feet on chairs and lie down on the bed and he enters.

Even if the doctor refuses, don't stop the finger fun. It at least helps release the tension and hormones that maintain the elasticity and ultimately help in the child birth.

Hope, I have not wandered and been clear on the subject completely.

Yes its find to have intercourse while pregnant. And its very very normal too. You can have all the fun you want its just that certain positions may be a bit uncomfortable so just find a positions thats ok for you. The very last month of pregnancy is not recommended that you have intercourse because it could make the baby come too early. It will not harm the baby for you to have intercourse. Have fun and enjoy, take care Heather

Hi,

There is no harm in intercourse with spouse when pregnant . It will not harm the baby. In fact, this is the time when you can enjoy the best.
In the pregnancy stage the vagina comes forward and become more sensitive which give faster orgasm to lady and more enjoyment to male
You can have sex without using condom as you are already pregnant.

Enjoy Life

yes .You can do that but just don't do too much I mean Like once in a week. It won't harm the baby if you will take care of some little things like during that if you feel pain then don't do it at that time and do it slowly next time. don't put too much pressure on the stomach.
lastly if something happens go to see the doctor immediately.

I'm not a doctor so, I can't say for sure but, I don't see any harm. In fact, it may be the best time to do it. I mean can you get pregnant when you're already pregnant? Again, I say ask an expert.... and this may be a stretch but, I don't think any of us in yahoo answers, are.

Consult your lady doctor.
But in my opinion there is no harm for intercouse but your physical nature and the growth of baby by having ultra sound will make the doctor clear that it will be ok or a risk.

Use common sense and there is no problem. You can do just about everything, you just have to remember what she has inside of her; another human being. Rough sex, heavy bondage, large-toy play, extreme vibrations, and anthing else that could put the baby at risk should be avoided. You can go up until the 8th month if she up to it. When it becomes uncomfortable to her, don't take it personally.

As long as you and your baby are both healthy it will not harm the baby. If you are still worried, you can ask your doctor as they are aware of your health and the baby's. My husband and I have had two children and had no problems with sex during the pregnancy.

No, it CANNOT hurt the baby. The baby is VERY well protected. Ever see the movie 9 months with Hugh Grant? I suggest you do. It's pretty good and asks that same question. I had sex as much as possible during my pregnancy and my daughter is just fine.Good Luck.

The best person to answer this question is your gynecologist who can study the development of your child in your womb & can suggest the extend of intercourse that will be save for you & the child in your womb. But usually it is suggested that intercourse during the first trimester should be avoided hence avoiding any undue abortion, rest it is safe during rest of the period.
