i have a worcester metal ware cigarette case from london.on the front it has a lovely print of the english emblem it is old but not sure how old.does anyone know where i can find out more?

You could take it to an antique shop, they shouldhave the answer. I would think it would be worth something.

Best bet is to take the item to a reputable auction house and ask them for a valuation. Not sure if you'll have to pay a fee. Do not on any account ask for a valuation from a dealer, as in antique dealer. Such a person will rob you blind and tell you it is worthless when it might not be.

I don't know but usually if you list it on ebay - start the bidding very low (people don't bid if you start the bidding high) - do a good job taking pictures and description you should do ok. There are a number of books on antiques. I'd look in those to see if the case is listed. I don't really know more than that. Research it before listing it.

the best place to take it they will help you take to a cigarette shop the shop sell cigar to because i use to buy pipe i just sold all of mine i did not not smoke i like them but on you cigarette look on the back it will tell what tear it was mad in

If you bring it to a antique store or a museum, they may be able to help. If it looks old, it probably is and will be woth something.
