Are you saying that when the sunlight is bright you get a headache? It could be eye strain.
Migraines can be triggered by different things, but sunlight can really bother people who get them.
Remember that not all headaches are migraines. Migraines typically occur on one side of the head,
Symptoms may include:
a moderate to severe throbbing pain for four to 72 hours that is frequently on one side of the head (the word migraine comes from the Greek hemicranios, meaning half a head)
nausea, with or without vomiting
sensitivity to light and sound
You may also see flashes of light. The sensitivity to light and sound can be severe in some cases. Nausea is pretty common.
Often headaches associated with weather changes have to do with allergies. These headaches can be quite painful and debilitating, too. Using treatments such as claritin (available over the counter) or Allegra (available with prescription) are helpful options. Definitely see your doctor if the headaches prevent you from working or make you feel generally gross.

I'll try not being a smart@55. Migraines often cause light sensitivity and some people suffer ocular migraines but don't get the other symptoms. Perhaps the sunlight is not causative but symptomatic.

No, I don't hardly rarely ever get headaches...
The weather really can affect your sinuses which then will affect your head! The sun shining will bring on the pollen and the sinuses will be assaulted again! Patience summer is on the way.

Yes. I have very sensitive eyes. I am near-sighted with high light sensitivity. If I am not wearing my mirrored lenses when I am outside then I have headache that will last until the day. I spend most of my time in darkness.
