A few times. Once I got an award in school and was on TV with the local newscasters, another time it was me walking away saying "no comment!" when asked about a school sharing issue, and another time was when I was a kid during a human interest story they were filming in our city. (I was in the background, but I could pick myself out!)
Oh, and a few years ago I got interviewed at an airport about one of the airlines leaving, and last year I got interviewed by the public access station on my thoughts on the fair. (I have no clue if those actually got to TV or ended up on the cutting room floor.)

Yes. But only because I was in a seat right behind the home plate at a Texas Rangers baseball game.

Yes. A very long time ago, in grade school, they had me on a local TV network when I was in a spelling bee. I didn't win, but hey, I got on TV!

Yes, one of our teachers was being unfairly forced to resign their position, and we all took to the school board meeting to protest. Someone had called all of the news stations in the area and they all showed up and we were all on television shown marching into the meeting with our signs and banners.

We had a guy who decided it would be a good idea to kill a cop, and much to his surprise it worked out the other way.
I got sick of being on the news...
