The topic is too broad and I need suugestions on how to narrow it down.

I got this from Wikipedia Than you will expand on a particular example of affirmative action and explain why it is so necessary and list some of the discriminations people encounter if affirmative action is not taken. Explain how people needing resources; especially a job must be judged on the basis of their abilities.
