you might have bought a bogus card, especially if u buy it from ebay or other online auction.

try format the card again on pc, then copy files to fill the drive to 2gb, then try to copy them back to pc.

if this action fails, get the retailer/seller to refund/exchange.

you better to replace your mp3 to your hdd adn format your SD card.then copy it again from your hdd.if it still goes like that you should complain for a warranty as where you buy your SD card
