You've got waay more power than you'll need. I recommend dropping down to a 400ish watt PS and spending the extra on a better vid card. Other than that "Good Enough" is totally up to you. You'll be able to run any game out with that setup (a better vid card would be nice though) with good graphic quality - not the best, but not bad (and definitely not the worst).

As one said, goto www.newegg.com for far better pricing. Getting the E6300 would be the better choice as it will not make much difference for the extra money being paid for it.

If on a budget, get a AMD cpu instead, so you can spend more on the video card.
A SLI or crossfire board is really useless, unless you are running at extremely high resolutions, but no way a LCD will support it (native resolution). If a gamer, you need a much better video card.

And the harddrive isn't that good:

And if you really want a good monitor get this one:

Everything looks good. The only thing I did not notice was a case, so I am assuming that you have one already. I would have went for a water cooled system myself. The other thing is the video card seemed a little high for a show, I would have went with a 512 nvidia.
Overall no matter how you look at it, you have a nice system there, enjoy.

From the specs can run it on medium to per chance intense settings specially the photo card ought to be upgraded to a 6950 or larger for smoother gaming, that is solid to have one, a cpu cooler a number of those inventory followers do not cool the cpu sufficient and they are very effectual.
