come on, look how distraught she was over Daniel's death. I don't think that they would come out and say that she did it but I think they labeled it "accidental overdose" because that took the blame away from Howard K. Stern and it wasn't necessary at that point to say it was suicide. I don't know her personally but you could see the hurt in her eyes and how his death stole the life out of her. I believe all she wanted was to be with Marshall and Daniel again and she did it on purpose.

from a medical and forensic point of view, it's an accidental overdose.
and what does howard stern gain if he isn't the baby's father???? nothing, so why would he do away with his bread and butter. he's not a fool. i think it's true what everyone said about her doing what SHE wanted to do. and if noone had enough sense to coordinate her meds when she was as sick as she was...................a 105 fever is too high. she should have been in a hospital. if you ask me that bodyguard's wife who was supposed to be the nurse/caregiver should have been doing a better job! as a health professional she should have personally taken her and admitted her to the hospital. and if anna nicole, or howard stern objected, then she should have told them the way it was from a medical standpoint and told them she would not be responsible for her care anymore.
why is it that people will do anything when they are around celebrity???? now none of them have those golden coattails to ride around on anymore.
i also do not believe that anna nicole would take her life having had that precious baby. i would think that baby would have been the one thing to pull her through.
i just hope she's gone on to a better place, and will now experience some peace!

I do not believe that Anna Nicole would end up her life because of Daniel's death. She was pretty happy with the girl and was going to continue her fight for the money.
On the other hand she overdosed on sleeping pills just like Marilyn Monroe who was her role model to the point where she even made a request to be buried as close as possible to her.
In my personal opinion all of this tragedy was carefully planned by Howard, and I am agree with the Judge who called him an "enabler". I think Howard did not stick around Anna for last 10-12 years for nothing, but he was pushing her and her son towards the kind of life where they both would end up with "accidental death" and he would end up with a child who is worth $500 million in the country that does not require to have DNA test to claim paternal rights (such as Bahamas).

I believe in this case it was actually accidental because she was disoriented from that nasty blood infection she got from using a dirty syringe. She had a high fever and probably didn't have enough strength to think to even kill herself. She was just lying there sleeping.... apparently the blood infection was so bad that would have killed her anyway! (That is, if she didnt go to the hospital. Which she reportedly didn't want to do.)
She took the medicines to make her feel better. And it's so easy to say that it was probably a suicide because she said she wanted to die many times and even attempted to commit suicide.
But I think in that case, it was merely accidental due to her fever and illness. She just didn't realize what she was doing.

I think it was probably accidental, she was in so much pain she was just trying to feel better. I don't think she was planning a suicide, she had diet drinks and vitamins with her which showed she still cared about her health.
