I'll add a question to this question. I love the smokey eyes too, but I have those Irish dark circles under my eyes and it makes them look worse. I wonder if there is a way to do it without accentuating dark circles.

smokey eyes is no liner just dark shadow just buy black (it can be any color) and a flat brush to put it on with, color the lids and put a thin line around the bottom
the one with the other question:
put a little bit of white maybeline conclearer on first thats what I do!
